About Proofle

Proofle is made by American National Commercial Real Estate Services, INC. — a commercial real estate due-diligence firm that has been reviewing ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, zoning, and title work for clients for more than two decades. Proofle is the same review discipline our team applies every day, brought into Autodesk Civil 3D.

Who we are

American National is a commercial real estate due-diligence practice based in Akron, Ohio. Our work is the detailed examination of survey, title, and zoning documents that lenders, owners, and counsel rely on to close commercial real estate transactions. We are practitioners in this field — we read these documents for a living.

Decades of production review

Our production survey records span 2004 to today — more than two decades of real ALTA/NSPS surveys, each prepared and stamped by a licensed surveying firm, examined against the standard item by item by our experienced review team. That history is not a marketing figure; it is the actual body of work the Proofle review is built on.

What Proofle is built on

Most AI tools are a general-purpose model wrapped around a checklist, trained on whatever text is public. Proofle is grounded in something a wrapper can't get: tens of thousands of real production ALTA/NSPS surveys — prepared and stamped by licensed surveying firms — and the documented corrections those surveys required in actual title review. It learns from real, licensed, production work, not synthetic data scraped from the public web.

A general-purpose model could learn the 2026 ALTA/NSPS standard in minutes. It could not replicate that benchmark — real, licensed, stamped production surveys and the corrections they required over decades. That is the difference between Proofle and a generic AI wrapper.
